But it's not what the previous ones were and it has way less effort put into it. It's unfair not to mention that the gameplay is actually fun, like it's not bad.

This one? It's just button mashing until the enemy is dead. SW2 had directional sword action and you could chop up enemies the way you want and the direction you wanted. But this one? You just have a katana and some guns. Like the 2nd one had a loot and weapon upgrade system and it gave you a lot of different swords and pistols and weapons with different stats and lots and lots of different ways of upgrading and modifying them and it was actually fun. Which I would have no problem at all if the game wasn't only 6 hours! Like I played the first of for 17 hours till I finished it, but there's no reason to buy this game full price when it's less in every way than the previous ones and it doesn't even have a New Game+ mode. They didn't even bother with this one to put a co-op in here.

And most importantly, CO-OP! It wasn't the best co-op experience with the sht netcoding of it, but it was still there. It had lots of side quests and trials and bounties and different missions with different environments. Secondly, Shadow Warrior 2 was way better. This is one negative and probably the biggest. His voice acting skills are awful and it's really obvious he's trying to imitate the real Lo Wang's voice actor. The free Steam version doesn't include Shadow Warrior's two expansions, but Devolver points out if you really want them you can grab Shadow Warrior Complete for $5.99 from GOG.First of all, I cringe every time the new VA talks. Some of the questionable elements will be toned down for the upcoming reboot by Hard Reset developer Flying Wild Hog, Devolver has told us. Go forth: romp around delightfully interactive environments stab and shoot men try not to be too weirded out by the comedy racism. There were never plans to charge for this base version of the original game so why not let everyone have a go at it." "Originally, the team thought we'd just make it for a limited time (as the Facebook feed clearly illustrates) but then we realized why not just let it be free forever. Go, skip on over to Steam and download it. When undesirables began selling the heisted haul for cash money, Devolver pulled the rug from under their feet by setting it free forever. The publisher had intended to give away 50,000 free Steam keys in exchange for Facebook 'Likes' but security was a little lax so unscrupulous sorts swiped the whole lot first. Gosh, how generous! But Devolver hadn't planned to be quite so philanthropic, it explains in a blog post. To get newcomers all jazzed up about it and, ah, motivated by an unfortunate security hole, publisher Devolver Digital is giving away 3D Realms' original 1997 FPS for free forever on Steam. If you're not a PC gamer of advanced years, the fuss about the new Shadow Warrior may be a mystery to you.
